Is this just a coupon extension in disguise?
No. Coupon extensions hunt for discount codes to apply at checkout. Refundy doesn't do that. We use the official affiliate programs of Temu, AliExpress, Alibaba.com, Taobao and 1688 to earn a commission on each tracked order, and we pay most of that commission back to you as cashback in USD.
How much cashback do I get?
It depends on the store: Temu up to 21% (new customers; existing customers up to 4.9%), AliExpress up to 11%, Alibaba.com up to 9%, and Taobao & 1688 up to 8%. The rate is shown right on the Refundy button on the store. Not every item is eligible — if one isn't, the Refundy button tells you before you check out.
How do I make sure my order is tracked?
Click Apply cashback on the Refundy button before you pay. On Temu, AliExpress and Alibaba.com the tab reopens through Refundy and the Refundy button shows Cashback applied · time left — orders paid in that window are tracked (on Temu and Alibaba.com, only items added to the cart after applying). On Taobao and 1688, apply on each product page. If another cashback service takes over, the Refundy button flags it with a small gray dot and Another cashback is now applied — tap Apply cashback again to re-apply Refundy.
When can I withdraw my cashback?
Approved cashback becomes withdrawable 90 days after approval . From just $5 you can cash out to PayPal. No fees on withdrawal. (A free Refundy account is required.)
Is it safe? Do you see my payment info?
