Exclusions
Cashback will not be credited for the following items and conditions:
- •Items added to your cart before clicking the Refundy cashback button
- •Visiting Temu before clicking the cashback button (including purchases in Temu tabs that were already open)
- •Payments made more than 24 hours after clicking the cashback button, or after going through another affiliate link or cashback service
- •Purchase or use of gift cards, credits, vouchers, or other cash-equivalent items
Refunds, Exchanges, Cancellations, Booking Changes, No-shows
- •Cashback will not be credited for order cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
- •Cashback will not be credited if part of the order is returned or exchanged.
Important Notes for Cashback
- •Cashback may be temporarily credited at a lower rate at the time of purchase. For some stores, pending cashback may appear as 'Pending' (₩0) during the settlement period or show as ₩0 at the time of booking. The actual cashback amount will be adjusted to the correct amount after review and final approval.
- •For international stores, currency conversion occurs during the cashback credit process. Due to exchange rates and fees at the time of purchase, there may be a 1-5% difference between the KRW payment amount and the 'purchase amount eligible for cashback' (net purchase amount).
- •All exceptions are subject to the discretion of the partner store. Unauthorized accounts may be subject to cashback recovery without prior notice.
- •Cashback approval (withdrawal available) period may be delayed due to specific products or account issues.
Temu Cashback Conditions
- •The cashback button opens the Temu home page, not the product page. Find and add the items you want from the home page.
- •Empty your Temu cart before clicking the cashback button. Items added in advance do not earn cashback.
- •Do not visit Temu before clicking the cashback button, and close any open Temu tabs.
- •Pay within 24 hours of clicking the cashback button. Cashback goes to the last affiliate link clicked.
- •Cashback is confirmed about 60 days after the end of the order month (e.g. October orders are confirmed on December 31). Once confirmed and approved, you can withdraw it.
How to Use

Click [Shop on Temu] in the Refundy extension
Open the Refundy extension side panel and click [Shop on Temu] in the Cashback tab.

Add items in the new Temu tab
The Temu home page opens in a new tab (not a product page). Find the items you want in that tab and add them to your cart.

Pay within 24 hours
Pay within 24 hours of clicking [Shop on Temu] to earn cashback. If you click another affiliate link in the meantime, the last link clicked gets the credit.
Check before you click
- •Empty your Temu cart. Items added in advance do not earn cashback.
- •Close any open Temu tabs. Visiting Temu before clicking may prevent cashback from being tracked.
Useful Tips for Earning Cashback
Always Click the Cashback Button Before Payment
Cashback cannot be applied after payment. Make sure to click the cashback button before making your purchase.
Don't Use Ad Blockers or Other Links
Cashback will not be credited if you click on other affiliate marketing links or use extensions, VPNs, ad blocking software, or price comparison sites.
