Exclusions
Cashback will not be credited for the following items and conditions:
- •All discounts and points usage including Taobao points (gold coins), store vouchers, time-limited offers, and new store promotions
- •Group purchases, mobile top-ups, game credit top-ups, and other digital products
- •Purchase or use of all gift cards, vouchers, gift certificates, and other cashable items
- •Any promotions, discount codes, or cashback services not provided by Refundy
Refunds, Exchanges, Cancellations, Booking Changes, No-shows
- •Cashback will not be credited for order cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
- •Cashback will not be credited if part of the order is returned or exchanged.
Important Notes for Cashback
- •Cashback may be temporarily credited at a lower rate at the time of purchase. For some stores, pending cashback may appear as 'Pending' (₩0) during the settlement period or show as ₩0 at the time of booking. The actual cashback amount will be adjusted to the correct amount after review and final approval.
- •For international stores, currency conversion occurs during the cashback credit process. Due to exchange rates and fees at the time of purchase, there may be a 1-5% difference between the KRW payment amount and the 'purchase amount eligible for cashback' (net purchase amount).
- •All exceptions are subject to the discretion of the partner store. Unauthorized accounts may be subject to cashback recovery without prior notice.

Cashback will not be credited if you click on other affiliate marketing links or use extensions, VPNs, ad blocking software, or price comparison sites.
How to Earn Cashback When Using Taobao Mobile App
Refundy currently doesn't support mobile version. If you want to earn cashback on mobile purchases, activate the cashback button on PC and add items to your cart, then complete the payment within 12 hours on mobile.
