How it works
From install to refund
in three steps
Refundy is a Chrome extension for desktop. Install it once and it picks up cashback while you shop — and when something you bought on Taobao gets cheaper, you get the difference back.
STEP 01 · Get set up
Install it in Chrome and sign in
You only do this once. Installing and applying cashback both happen in Chrome on your computer.
Install from the Chrome Web Store
Use the button below to open Refundy’s store page, then click Add to Chrome. Installing and using it is free.
On your phone? Open this page in Chrome on your computer to install.
Pin it to the toolbar
- 1Click the puzzle icon at the top right of the browser to open your extensions.
- 2Click the pin icon next to Refundy in the list.
Once pinned, the Refundy icon always sits next to the address bar so you can open the side panel in one click.
Open the side panel and sign in
- 1Click the Refundy icon in the toolbar and the side panel opens on the right.
- 2Sign up or log in. It’s the same account as the Refundy website.
Once you’re signed in, your cashback wallet, store list and price-drop refunds all live in the side panel.
