From install to refund
in three steps
Refundy is a Chrome extension for desktop. Install it once and it picks up cashback while you shop — and when something you bought on Taobao gets cheaper, you get the difference back.
STEP 02 · Cashback
Tap the Refundy button in the store to get cashback
With Refundy installed, a mint Refundy button appears on the right side of supported stores. There are two ways cashback works, depending on the store.
Store-wide cashback
On Temu, AliExpress, Alibaba.com, apply once from any page — home, search, category or cart — and every order you pay for within the time window earns cashback.
- 1Open the card from the Refundy button to see the store’s maximum cashback rate.
- 2Click Apply cashback.
- 3The same tab reopens the store through Refundy.
- 4The Refundy button shows the time left, like Cashback applied · 23h left. Pay within that time to earn.

Add items to your cart after applying
On Temu, Alibaba.com, items that were already in your cart before you applied cashback don’t earn.
On Temu, new customers earn up to 21% and existing customers up to 4.9%.
Per-product cashback
On Taobao, 1688, cashback is applied product by product. Click [Get cashback] on the Refundy button on the product page before you pay.
- 1Open a product page and the Refundy button shows the maximum cashback rate.
- 2Click Get cashback before you pay.
- 3Taobao: when the bridge page opens, click the product image once more. That completes the cashback.
- 4When you see Cashback applied, pay within the time window.

Buying several items? Click Get cashback on each product, then check out together from your cart.
When another cashback takes over
If you come back to the store through another cashback or affiliate link, Refundy cashback can get switched off. Refundy notices and tells you right away on the Refundy button.
- 1A gray dot appears on the launcher and the card says Another cashback is now applied.
- 2Click Apply cashback again to earn through Refundy again.
Cashback goes to the last cashback link you clicked before paying.
The Refundy button also tells you when a product isn’t eligible. With store-wide cashback applied, only that product is excluded — everything else keeps earning.

Another cashback is now applied
You came in through another site's affiliate link, so Refundy cashback is off. Apply it again to earn with Refundy.

Track earnings and withdraw
The Cashback tab in the side panel shows recent cashback and how much you can withdraw.
- 1Within 48 hours of paying, the order shows up in recent cashback as Pending.
- 2Once the store confirms the order it changes to Earned, and you can withdraw it 90 days later.
- 3Click Withdraw on the wallet card to receive it in your registered account.
Orders from 1688 take 120 days until withdrawal.
